Its time to give your rose,s a final prune,you should of already mulched around base in November, December, but can do it now if you forgot.

2 florabundas and cluster rose.s go more gently
3 old fashioned shrub roses just tidy up
i also fertilize and start to spray with rose clear till late September,rose also need another feed in mid summer.
prune buddlejs and elders, purple and gold verity to promote good leaf colour
and finally when dry cut grass (not to short) and re define edges,it really tides things up.
