Day 3
main bulk of materials delivered today
we moved some through,enough to get started.
poured footings.
got very muddy and wet!
should start brick work tomorrow.

DAY 2. BALSHAM

Today we started to dig out for footings for a small wall which will divide the site creating to separate levels.The lawn area (center) has been raised.
Tomorrow we will set in footings and begin to build walls.

we will be re using the paving for the base wk under the new patios.
if we you have enough room the lawn could be stored and would rot down to a good quality loam,unfortunately we haven't enough space so we've had to skip it .
we will be featuring this job over the next three weeks or so so look out for regular up dates

FIRST JOB OF THE NEW YEAR

The winter aconites are out as to are the snowdrops although not yet in there full glory.


the gardens generally are looking good,all beds are prepared and ready for the new season.


this week we've been replacing and fitting new path edges (see photo)


the contemporary boarder has been cut back now. apples have been fed and pruned.
